We will have a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss your best custom writing site goals and complete a lifestyle questionnaire. I can then undertake some basic physical tests which will assist me with program design to help in achieving your goals and targets.
Working with a personal trainer is the best way to ensure you get the most out of your exercise routine and maximise your performance. You will have guidance with your technique, so exercises are safe and effective and you will achieve results faster. Whether you are a beginner, pre or post natal, have a specific medical condition, are over 50, or a professional athlete, I aim to make your personal training sessions as beneficial, and as enjoyable, as possible. Gym Based Training
I have access to train clients at the Planet fitness in Bradford. All clients that sign up to any service I offer has access for the session(s) to be held at Planet fitness at no extra cost should they wish. The facilities at the gym are excellent with a whole range of weights, cardiovascular machines, core equipment, boxing facilities, studio and much more.
Home / Outdoor Based Training
Should you not wish to use the facilities at Planet Fitness, Bradford then I can come to your home or place of work. I hold all the equipment needed for a full workout to cover any goal a client may have. I also have the knowledge and skill to arrange full workouts with no equipment should a client prefer this.
I also offer to train clients outdoors, which could be in a garden, park, recreation ground or another agreed location, this training could involve running, cycling, walking and taking advantage of the structures within the area to create a full effective workout.
I also offer boxing training which includes pad work and boxing related cardiovascular exercise, again this can be done at any location, as part of another workout or a separate boxing related workout only.
(Additional costs may be incurred to compensate for driving time and distance)
